Pack your trail maps, gumboots and maybe a dinghy too, it’s the Surf Coast Arts Trail weekend! Never been to an Arts Trail, wondering what it even is? The Arts Trail is a weekend long event held on the 10-11 August where the artists and makers of the Surf Coast throw open their studio doors and invite the general public in (ie. YOU GUYS).
This will be my fourth Arts Trail, the first in my new studio! Ashmore Arts is a fabulous place to visit on the trail, you get to visit so many creatives at one stop with 15+ studios as well as visiting artists. Geoffrey Carran (who is also the creator of the beautiful cockatoo on the poster!), Rowena Martinich, Kathryn Junor, Takeawei, Indie Lane Photography, Form Concrete Artisans, Simply Forged and Bombora Custom Furniture just to name a few! PS there will be coffee and food too woo!
I will have my full range of prints - framed and unframed- and greeting cards, upcycled tags, a preview of my online course, colouring in for the kids, paint and play for the adults, some samples and seconds too. It is going to be a super fun weekend rain hail and shine!
