Art Courier
Some artworks (specified in their product description) require specialty shipping by an art courier to ensure safe arrival. This is due to their size, fragility or the glass pane in the framing. These pieces do not qualify for free shipping. We work with a few different professional art couriers depending on location and pricing varies by size and location. We will reach out to you with a shipping quote for you to approve before sending.
*Excludes original artworks and bulky items.
Most orders are shipped within 48 hours and with Standard Tracked Shipping arrive in 2-7 business days and with Express Shipping 1-4 business days.
How Will My Order Arrive?
- Unframed original artworks are sent flat in a plastic protective sleeve in a rigid mailer.
- Art prints A3 size and under are shipped in a flat rigid mailer.
- Larger prints are shipped rolled in a rigid mailing tube.
- All other items are send safely in packed in 100% recyclable cardboard packaging.
I do my best to use entirely recycled and recyclable packaging on all orders. I will also often repurpose materials that have been sent to me. Please dispose of your packagin with care and recycle where possible. In some cases it is essential to use a polypropylene sleeve to protect your artwork or print from potential damage in its journey.
A note on third party damages:
All orders are shipped with Australian Post and include insurance covering the total cost of the order. In the unlikely event or a parcel being lost or damaged Natalie can't take any responsibility for third parties ie. Australia Post mishandling of the item. Enquiries must be taken up with the carrier. If it is delivered to you damaged you can refuse to accept the delivery. You will need to keep the packaging and damaged products and present them at an Australian Post office so they can assess the items and begin a claim. You are most welcome to link me in in this process and I will help where I can.
How do I unroll my print?
Please be cautious when unrolling you piece from a mailing tube. To ensure no damage is done, carefully remove the print from the tube and let gravity do the work of unrolling it. DO NOT roll it back on itself and be very careful as fingerprints can leave permanent marks. If you can manage it, it is safest to take it directly to your framer and let them do it.
