Well constructed walk through. Explained well. I'm not afraid anymore.

I learnt so much through this course, all of which is explained in a very simple to understand manner. I am so happy with my final work, especially as I am new to painting! Natalie is correct in saying you will look at the colours in nature differently after this course. I now pick up autumn leaves and think about how I can recreate the colours with watercolour. Looking forward to the next course.

I have just finished the colour mixing course by Natalie, it was great. I love how you can go back watch something again and again. This course was the 'natural' next step for me after completing her watercolour for beginners, which was also so great to do and easy to follow.

The first time I attempted the colour mixing found it hard so left it a day then read your ebook did it again so much better still have to redo final project .I have more confidence with colour mixing now thank you Natalie

I loved this easy to follow colour mixing chart. I was using the tube paint I had, the colours were not 100% pure hence some interesting results however the concept was still easily understood. Thank you Natalie

I cannot recommend Natalie’s watercolour courses highly enough. The time and money invested in her courses is definitely worth it and having the whole course as an e-book is super useful. If i put to one side all the incredibly helpful ‘technical’ things I have learnt, I actually think Natalie’s often repeated smiley advice “Patience, young grasshopper!” is the most valuable and has led to the greatest improvement in my own art journey. When I am about to impatiently dive back in to improve/fix/continue her words remind me to step away. Thank you, Natalie!

Thank you for creating such a wonderful colour theory course Natalie. I just can't say enough positive things about it. You have such a warm personality and your teaching style is so clear and engaging. The course is a visual feast and I loved watching you paint all the demonstration pieces. It's also wonderful value for money as it's jam packed with so much helpful and easy to understand information. The hands on exercises are great and I also love having the e-book to come back to as a reference. Even though I paint in acrylics I still decided to take this course, as technically all the theory still applies. Natalie is a gifted painter and she also has excellent communication skills, as she conveyed all the elements of colour theory in such a delightful and accessible way. I thoroughly enjoyed this course and I would highly recommend it for any level of artist wanting to know more about colour theory. I've learned a great deal and I look forward to applying this newly acquired knowledge and skills to my paintings.

Amazing best explanation of colour I have ever see or heard. In fact I think you need to watch in more than once as there is so much to learn from this.

What a brilliant intro to colour theory! I only decided last week that I might like to start water colour painting, I obviously didn’t listen in art class and couldn’t understand why all the palettes had so many ‘ugly’ primary colours. Now I get it!

A highly enjoyable course especially when starting out with watercolour...Natalie explains colour mixing so clearly and little projects along the way really helps bring everything together. Excellent class notes provided and great video and sound quality (which is actually quite appreciated when doing the course on the phone!)

Colour Mixing is a skill and watching someone like Nat mix such gorgeous colours, is so helpful. This class is extremely beneficial to any new student of watercolour and also a great refresher for someone who has been around watercolours for a while. Thank you, Nat.
