Wholesale pricing is available to approved stores only. Retailers must agree to our Wholesale Terms and Conditions. Natalie Martin (N. A. Martin Studios Pty. Ltd. ABN: 24 006 707 035) reserves the right to discontinue sales to retailers who fail to comply with these terms.

 

PRICING, MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITIES & PAYMENT

All prices listed are $AUD and exclusive of GST. GST is calculated and added during the checkout process.

We will supply you with a suggested Recommend Retail Price (RRP) inclusive of GST for all products and might be updated from time-to-time.

Please note there is a $80 minimum order (exclusive of shipping costs) for new and existing customers. Please contact us if MOQs are an issue and we'd be happy to discuss this with you. Pack quantities apply to a number of products. Greeting cards are packs of 6 per style and Gift Tags are packs of 5 per style.

Payment can be made via electronic transfer, PayPal or credit card. Afterpay payments are not accepted for wholesale customers. For new customers, orders will not be shipped until outstanding amounts have been paid. For existing customers there is a strict 14 day payment term (Credit Account)

If you have not paid your invoice within the time stipulated, we will charge you a late fee of $50. If you are late in payment for any invoices, we may:

• Cancel your Credit Account and require payment in advance or on delivery of goods;
• Refuse to supply you goods in the future; and/or
• Send your details to our debt collector or lawyers.

If we are required to use a debt collector or lawyers to recover any amounts from you, you indemnify us for our costs, including reasonable fees and disbursements, incurred to collect any unpaid amount.

Discount codes cannot be used on wholesale orders unless expressly permitted.

Orders can be placed online by registering for a wholesale account. Please contact us for any queries regarding orders.

Invoices are sent via email prior to shipment. For new customers, orders will not be shipped until all outstanding amounts have been paid. For existing customers, orders will be shipped immediately.

 

SHIPPING

All wholesale orders are shipped from our studio in Torquay, Australia. Orders will be sent by Australia Post. The retailer is responsible for paying all shipping costs, including any duties or customs fees incurred.

We aim to pack and process our orders within 2-3 days upon receipt of your order. Please allow at least another 2-4 days for delivery in Victoria and additional time for interstate deliveries. We will not be liable for any loss you suffer as a result of a delay or failure to deliver the goods within the specified delivery time.

Further, you agree that notwithstanding anything in these Terms, we are not liable with respect to any loss, damage, cost or expense you or any third party suffers as a result of a change in delivery times or delay in delivery.

Shipping costs are calculated by weight and will be included on the final invoice.

 

OUT OF STOCK PRODUCTS

If a product is out of stock, the retailer will be notified and if directed by the retailer, Natalie Martin will proceed to ship all items in stock from the order. Once the item is back in stock, it will be shipped out immediately unless otherwise directed.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Natalie Martin does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

We must be notified within 5 days of receipt of faulty or damaged product, and all items must be returned unopened (where possible), unused and in original packaging.

 

ONLINE RETAILERS

Online retailers selling Natalie Martin products must credit Natalie Martin in the product description.

Natalie Martin products must not be sold via third party websites including, but not limited to, Ebay and Amazon.

We are able to provide you product imagery upon request.

 

COLOUR

The colour of prints, cards and other Natalie Martin products may vary slightly. Colour variance can occur as part of the printing process.

 

EXCLUSIVITY

You acknowledge that we stock a range of stockists and are not entering into this agreement with you on an exclusive basis. While we will make efforts to ensure that we do not sell to other stores within close proximity to you, we cannot guarantee that we will not stock any of your competitors.
